Marquez l’extrémité de l’orteil le plus long (crayon vertical).
Mesurez la distance mur → marque au millimètre. Recommencez pour l’autre pied et gardez la plus grande valeur.

Ajoutez une marge confort : +0,5 cm (ville), +1,0–1,5 cm (running).

This version of the Stanley Flowstate Quencher 30oz Tumbler comes in a Midnight Glitz colorway, which has a black background but is adorned with dark sparkles throughout. It is made of recycled stainless steel and has double-wall insulation to keep drinks cold. The transparent purple lid can be configured into three different positions, and it also comes with a reusable straw. The Stanley logo appears in metallic silver on one side of the cup. There is a handle for easy carrying, and it is cupholder-compatible.
