Mesurez la longueur du talon à l’orteil le plus long, en ligne droite — Placez le talon contre un mur et mesurez droit jusqu’à l’orteil le plus long.

Feuille A4 contre un mur, talon collé. Restez debout en charge.
Marquez l’extrémité de l’orteil le plus long (crayon vertical).
Mesurez la distance mur → marque au millimètre. Recommencez pour l’autre pied et gardez la plus grande valeur.

Mesurez en fin de journée avec vos chaussettes habituelles.
Ajoutez une marge confort : +0,5 cm (ville), +1,0–1,5 cm (running).

The Puma LaMelo Ball MB01 White Silver is a signature shoe created by Lamelo Ball and Puma.

The Puma LaMelo Ball features a construction of white mono-mesh up the top of the shoe with a forefoot of tonal no-sew overlays. The low-top has its anchor from the white Nitro Foam midsole with the molded TPU frame for more stability. The padded mesh tongue is woven with a "1 of 1" tag to add sass to this iconic design. It has the LaMelo signature tagline "Not From Here" printed on the shoe vamp and the lateral collar embellished detailing.
