Comment mesurer votre pied à la maison
Placez le talon contre un mur et mesurez droit jusqu’à l’orteil le plus long.

Marquez l’extrémité de l’orteil le plus long (crayon vertical).
Mesurez la distance mur → marque au millimètre. Recommencez pour l’autre pied et gardez la plus grande valeur.
Mesurez en fin de journée avec vos chaussettes habituelles.
Ajoutez une marge confort : +0,5 cm (ville), +1,0–1,5 cm (running).
