Comment mesurer votre pied à la maison

Mesurez la longueur du talon à l’orteil le plus long, en ligne droite — Placez le talon contre un mur et mesurez droit jusqu’à l’orteil le plus long.

Feuille A4 contre un mur, talon collé. Restez debout en charge.
Marquez l’extrémité de l’orteil le plus long (crayon vertical).
Mesurez la distance mur → marque au millimètre. Recommencez pour l’autre pied et gardez la plus grande valeur.

Mesurez en fin de journée avec vos chaussettes habituelles.
Ajoutez une marge confort : +0,5 cm (ville), +1,0–1,5 cm (running).

The Nike ZoomX Invincible Run 3 Oreo introduces a neutral trainer profile optimized for high-energy return and responsiveness, featuring a bold monochrome palette. Its raised platform and branded details show off Nike’s drive for innovation and flair.

The single-layer Flyknit upper of the Oreo ZoomX Invincible Run 3 by Nike features black and white yarns woven into a marbled pattern, with TPU-welded overlays at the lace loops. A pull-tab at the heel makes it easier to put the shoe on. The full-length ZoomX foam midsole gives you a lightweight rebound underneath the rubber pods. There are silver Swoosh logos along the sides and on the toe, and an internal heel counter that locks rear motion.

One thing we like about the Nike ZoomX Invincible Run 3 Oreo is the integrated Flywire cables within its lacing system, which wrap the midfoot for personalized lockdown. We also like the reflective heel stripe because it boosts visibility. It retailed at $180 when it was released.
