The New Balance 991v2 MiUK Kith Osaka Pack is a shoe designed as a collaboration between Kith and New Balance to commemorate the opening of the Kith store in Osaka.

This iteration of the New Balance 991v2 has a blue-grey mesh upper that forms its base, allowing for increased airflow. Suede overlays form the toe box, mudguard, side supports, and heel counter in a dark grey color, while leather overlays in off-white support the toe box. The classic New Balance "N" appears on each side, while Kith branding is on the lateral heel. New Balance Made in England 991 V2 branding is seen on the tongue, while V2 lettering is also on the heel's back. The cushioned midsole appears in beige, white, and blue-grey shades.
