The Creator Town Hall Set includes 2766 pieces and eight mini figures, including a mayor, a reporter, a bride and groom, a janitor, a secretary, and two kids. What makes this set stand out is the extreme attention to detail, including the skylight on the roof, the clock tower with a bell, and "1981"—the date of the building’s founding. A functional elevator connects the floors, and a ladder accesses the roof and clock tower. The façade boasts four Roman columns and a coat of arms, while the interior showcases a globe, paintings, desks, a conference table, and chairs. Finally, two planter boxes and a light post grace the front of the building.
