Built on a silhouette originally launched in 2008, the ASICS Gel-1130 Black Glacier Gray is a stability running shoe that exudes retro vibes infused with more modern details.
The Black Glacier Gray ASICS Gel-1130 begins with an upper of black mesh. Leather strips course across the upper, in shades of gray, black, and white. These overlays offer an early 2000’s running shoe aesthetic, as well as support, enhanced at both the toe cap and heel. The black foam midsole features GEL technology in the heel for ultimate comfort cushioning. An incorporated TRUSSTIC support system improves stability with every step. Rounding it out, a black rubber outsole helps provide impact absorption and traction.
Our favorite detail of this sneaker is the reflective detailing that enhances the side panel overlays in order to help make you more visible when you run in low-light conditions. The ASICS Gel-1130 Black Glacier Gray was released on April 15, 2024, for $100 retail.
