Artist Brian Schroeder, who is better known within the art world as Pushead, made a name for himself in the 1980s by designing a series of graphics that were used on skateboard decks by Zorlac Skateboards. This would eventually lead to Nike SB asking him to design his own Nike SB Dunk Low Pushead 1.

This Nike Dunk SB x Pushead sneaker has an intricate design on its upper that the artist originally created using a 35mm film slide. It also has other unique design elements, such as a skull near the back of the sneaker, that make it different from other Nike Dunk SB Low shoes that have come before it.
