Size guide
How do I find my sneaker size?
Shoe sizes vary by brand and model. EU 42 at Nike is not necessarily EU 42 at Adidas or Converse. The most reliable method is to measure your foot length in centimetres, then check the brand conversion chart.
Select a brand from the menu to open its full guide.
Size guide Nike
Half sizesHow do Nike shoes fit?
Nike uses a half-size system (40, 40.5, 41…). Most models fit true to size, but a few iconic silhouettes have their quirks. On the product page, the label indicates whether it is a Nike (men's), Nike W (women's) or Nike Y (kids) model.
Which size by model?
Nike Dunk and Nike Air Max fit true to size — take your usual size. Nike Blazer runs slightly small: go up half a size. Nike Air Force 1 runs large: you can go down half a size. Sock thickness and foot width can also affect your choice.

Size guide Air Jordan
Nike sizingHow do Air Jordan shoes fit?
Air Jordan uses the same sizing system as Nike (half sizes). Nearly all retro models — Jordan 1, 3, 4, 5, 11 — fit true to size. On the product page, Nike refers to the men's guide, Nike W to the women's guide, and Nike Y to the kids' guide (or the men's guide for sizes ≥ 40).
Do Jordan 4s run large?
No — Jordan 4 fits true to size, like the rest of the Jordan retro line. If you are between two half sizes, take the larger one for more comfort.

Size guide Adidas
Third sizesHow do Adidas shoes fit?
Adidas uses a third-size system (36, 36⅔, 37⅓, 38…) instead of classic half sizes. That means there is no 36.5 — you get 36⅔. This can be confusing, especially when comparing with Nike or New Balance.
Which size for Adidas sneakers?
Most lifestyle models (Stan Smith, Samba, Gazelle, Forum) fit true to size or slightly large. When in doubt, it is often better to take the smaller size rather than the larger. For running models, check the advice on the product page directly.

- Stan Smith: runs slightly large — half a size down is possible.
- Superstar: runs large — go half a size down from your Nike size.
- Forum Low/High: true to size.
- No half size? Adidas offers the next third up (e.g. 42 → 42⅔) for a bit more room.
Size guide New Balance
Half sizes · D/2E widthsHow do New Balance fit?
New Balance uses half sizes and, on some models, offers different widths: D (standard), 2E (wide) and 4E (extra wide). If you have a wide foot, checking for a wide fit can save you from going up a full size.
Tips before buying
Try shoes at the end of the day — feet swell slightly over the course of the day. Since both feet are rarely exactly the same size, base your choice on the larger foot. Leave about 1 cm of space in front of your longest toe.

Size guide Asics
Runs smallHow do Asics fit?
Asics is known to run slightly small, especially on running models (Gel-Kayano, Gel-Nimbus, Gel-Cumulus). The fit is generally snug for firm support. On lifestyle models (Gel-Lyte III, Japan S), sizing is closer to standard.
Which Asics size to choose?
For running models and snug silhouettes, go up half a size from your usual Nike size. For lifestyle models, your standard size usually works.

Size guide Yeezy
Adidas sizing · Varies by modelHow do Yeezy fit?
Yeezy follows Adidas's third-size system, but fit varies considerably from model to model. Yeezy 350 V2 are known to run small due to stretchy Primeknit and a thin insole. Yeezy 700 fit more normally. Yeezy Slide and Foam Runner run very small.
Which size by model?
For Yeezy 350 V2: go up half a size (or a full size if you have a wide foot or wear thick socks). For Yeezy Slide and Foam Runner: go at least one size up from your usual size.

Size guide UGG
Full US sizesHow do UGG fit?
UGG mainly uses whole US sizes. Classic boots (Mini, Short, Tall) are lined with sheepskin that naturally compresses over time and moulds to your foot. Your usual size is generally recommended — the shoe loosens slightly after a few weeks of wear.
Between two sizes?
If you are between sizes, take the smaller one. The fleece compresses and the boot gains a little width without becoming too large. For leather or synthetic models (Tasman, Ultra Mini Platform), sizing is more standard.

Size guide Converse
Runs largeHow do Converse fit?
Converse, especially Chuck Taylor All Star, are known to run large. Soft canvas construction and a flat sole leave more room than average. As a rule, if you wear Nike 43, take Converse 42.
Chuck Taylor vs Chuck 70: what's the difference?
Chuck 70 runs slightly less large than the classic Chuck Taylor (about half a size difference), as the construction is a bit more structured. One Star fits true to size.

Size guide Salomon
Third sizesHow do Salomon fit?
Salomon uses the same third-size system as Adidas. Lifestyle models (XT-6, XT-4) fit true to size with a snug wrap around the foot. For technical trail models, leave about 1 cm of space in front of the toe to absorb impact on descents.
Salomon XT-6: which size?
The XT-6 is arguably Salomon's most popular lifestyle model. Snug but comfortable — take your usual size. If you have a particularly wide foot, consider going up one third size.

Size guide Puma
Half sizes · Nike-likeHow do Puma fit?
Puma uses classic half sizes and generally fits similarly to Nike. Most lifestyle models — RS-X, Suede, Clyde — follow this standard. Some models like Puma Suede may feel slightly narrow at first, but the leather softens naturally after a few weeks.

Size guide Saucony
Half sizes · True to sizeHow do Saucony fit?
Saucony uses classic half sizes and generally fits true to size, like Nike. Lifestyle models (Jazz Original, Shadow 6000, Grid Web) offer a slightly wider fit than running models, making them comfortable from the first wear with no break-in period.
Which Saucony size to choose?
Take your usual size. If you have a wide foot or wear thick socks, half a size up can improve comfort. Running models (Ride, Kinvara) may benefit from an extra half size to account for foot swelling during activity.

Size guide Fear of God Essentials
Apparel · Runs very largeHow does Essentials apparel fit?
Fear of God Essentials is designed with an intentionally oversized fit. Unlike classic clothing, the loose, draped silhouette is deliberate by designer Jerry Lorenzo. That said, pieces run genuinely large — it is consistently recommended to size down from your usual size for a balanced fit.
Should I really size down?
Yes, without exception. If you usually wear L in other streetwear brands, take M in Essentials. If you want an even closer fit, some people go down two sizes. The oversized look remains whatever size you choose — it is the brand's DNA.
| Size | Chest (cm) | Shoulder (cm) | Length (cm) | Standard equivalent |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| XS | 86–91 | 44 | 68 | S standard |
| S | 91–96 | 46 | 71 | M standard |
| M | 99–104 | 49 | 74 | L standard |
| L | 107–112 | 52 | 77 | XL standard |
| XL | 117–122 | 55 | 80 | XXL standard |
| XXL | 127–132 | 58 | 83 | 3XL standard |
| Size | Waist (cm) | Hips (cm) | Inseam (cm) | Standard equivalent |

| XS | 66–71 | 86–91 | 71 | S standard |
| S | 71–76 | 91–96 | 74 | M standard |
| M | 79–84 | 99–104 | 76 | L standard |
| L | 86–91 | 107–112 | 78 | XL standard |
| XL | 94–99 | 117–122 | 80 | XXL standard |
| XXL | 104–109 | 127–132 | 81 | 3XL standard |
Size tips Essentials
- Golden rule: always size down from your usual size.
- Usually wear L? Choose M in Essentials.
- Want a closer fit? Go down two sizes.
- The oversized cut is intentional — even in a smaller size, the piece will still feel roomy.
- Hoodies and sweatshirts: sleeves are very long by design — keep that in mind.
