This Air Max 97 included various shades of metallic gold on the upper part of the sneaker, which was made out of leather and textile. It also had red embroidered Swooshes on the sides of it and a Max Air sole unit that spanned the length of the sneaker.

But what set this Air Max 97 apart from others and what we loved most about this sneaker were the Italian flags that were worked into the mix.
