Like other Air Max 1 models, "The Bay" comes with a low-cut, padded collar, and a rubber outsole with waffle-style traction. The Max Air unit in the heel and foam midsole gives the sneaker extra cushioning without added weight. The sneaker boasts an all-white base with a textile upper, a cracked leather mudguard, and leather overlays. The lateral side features a red feather, while the vamp is adorned with a fluffy material that looks like fog, and the other side displays a white Swoosh.
