Mesurez la longueur du talon à l’orteil le plus long, en ligne droite — Placez le talon contre un mur et mesurez droit jusqu’à l’orteil le plus long.

Feuille A4 contre un mur, talon collé. Restez debout en charge.
Marquez l’extrémité de l’orteil le plus long (crayon vertical).
Mesurez la distance mur → marque au millimètre. Recommencez pour l’autre pied et gardez la plus grande valeur.

Mesurez en fin de journée avec vos chaussettes habituelles.
Ajoutez une marge confort : +0,5 cm (ville), +1,0–1,5 cm (running).

The Multi Travis Scott Astroworld Sticker Pack was released as part of Scott’s merchandise related to his Astroworld album. Why Astroworld? Well, Travis Scott grew up in Houston, which was close to the now defunct Six Flags AstroWorld amusement park. The closing of the park was inspiration for the music of his album. This sticker set includes playful, colorful designs such as a smiley face globe, wish you were here text, an Astroworld logo, and Cactus Jack stickers.
