Mesurez la longueur du talon à l’orteil le plus long, en ligne droite — Placez le talon contre un mur et mesurez droit jusqu’à l’orteil le plus long.

Feuille A4 contre un mur, talon collé. Restez debout en charge.
Marquez l’extrémité de l’orteil le plus long (crayon vertical).
Mesurez la distance mur → marque au millimètre. Recommencez pour l’autre pied et gardez la plus grande valeur.

Mesurez en fin de journée avec vos chaussettes habituelles.
Ajoutez une marge confort : +0,5 cm (ville), +1,0–1,5 cm (running).
Entre deux tailles ? Prenez la demi-pointure au-dessus.
