The Nike Air Tailwind 79 Vast Grey Mystic Navy is an athletic shoe that first debuted at the Honolulu Marathon in the 1970s and has become a lifestyle favorite ever since.

This version of the Nike Air Tailwind 79 features an upper made of smooth textile in Light Cream. Vast Grey suede overlays form the toe cap and mudguard, as well as the eyestays and heel counter. The Nike swoosh crosses both sides in Mystic Navy leather, and the heel collar is made from the same material. The Nike brand name is featured on the heel collar in white, and the tongue has a Nike logo patch. The shoe sits on a white midsole with Air cushioning and a classic gum rubber outsole.
