The Nike Air More Uptempo White Aqua Gum (GS) offers an iconic silhouette designed by Wilson Smith and popularized by NBA great Scottie Pippen. This sneaker in a subtle colorway has been sized for grade school–aged kids.

The upper of the White Aqua Gum iteration of the Grade School Nike Air More Uptempo begins with the classic base of white leather dotted with perforations for increased ventilation and comfort. The signature "AIR" that dominates the side panel puffs out in white leather outlined in aqua blue. White pull tabs at the heel and tongue ease on/off. The white foam midsole provides cushioning with every step and houses a visible unit of springy air beneath the heel. The grippy gum-rubber outsole sneaks up the toe and the sidewalls to provide edgy traction on the court.

What we enjoy most about this grade school basketball sneaker is the jeweled aqua blue Nike Swoosh on the white leather heel counter and the miniature aqua Swooshes on the gum-rubber sidewall tabs closest to the heel.
