La Air Jordan 4 Retro White Cement 2012 est une réédition de la Air Jordan 4 Retro originale, sortie pour la première fois en 1999.
La chaussure affiche une tige principalement blanche en cuir, avec des accents Cement Gray typiques très visibles sur la semelle intermédiaire et la languette de talon. On note aussi des touches contrastées de noir sur le logo Jumpman au talon, les œillets ainsi que sur la semelle intermédiaire et la semelle extérieure. La version 2012 porte également le Jumpman rouge vif sur la languette.
