Over 20 years after it originally released, the Reebok Shaq Attaq "Away" in black and Azure Blue returned to stores as a retro in 2013. Originally released in 1992, the Shaq Attaq got its name from Shaquille O’Neal’s ability to attack the rim with avengeance. It will come as a no surprise to fans that have come to know him as a commentator on Inside the NBA, but Shaquille O’Neal was not just one of the most dominant forces in the NBA, he was also one of the most entertaining players off the court. Shaq once made the famous statement, "I just want to play the game, drink Pepsi, wear Reebok" as a rookie, much to his new sponsor’s delight.
