The Nike Air Force 1 Low Kay Yow (Women's) is a women’s exclusive Air Force 1 sneaker that was released to support the Kay Yow Cancer Fund. The sneaker pays homage to the former American basketball coach, Sandra Kay Yow.

Dressed in white, Pink Foam, Regency Purple, and Vivid Pink, this Air Force 1 features an upper made of leather. A perforated Swoosh rests on the spot of the traditional Swoosh with an embroidered pink Swoosh slightly below it. Pink ribbon laces symbolize support for breast cancer awareness and the ongoing fight against the disease. Other details include purple hits on the branded tongue patch and heel, ‘AF1’ branded white lace dubrae, the Kay Yow Cancer Fund organization logo stitched at the heel, and a purple insole with details of the organization. A White Air Force 1 sole unit with pink ‘AIR’ branding at the rear midsole completes the design.
