The adidas Forum 84 High BSTN Jugoplastika was inspired by the colors of the Jugoplastika Split basketball team in Croatia.

This version of the adidas Forum 84 High is made with a Cloud White paneled leather upper. The toe box features perforations for breathability, while a white overlay forms the toe cap and mudguard. White also forms the eyestays, side panels, and ankle strap. The adidas three stripes appear on each side in black, while the Jugoplastika team name appears on the lateral side. The front of the ankle strap sports Forum 84 branding, while the tongue features the adidas trefoil logo. The heel counter is made of Collegiate Gold and " 89 90" appears on the heel collar. The shoe has a white rubber midsole, and on the inner side at the arch it is adorned with black mesh. A gum rubber outsole completes the design.
